Howdy, Holler Heads! We wanted to update you on our recent adventures. We recently returned to the Gramling Opry House in Inman, SC. Thanks to the folks there for their hospitality. We are looking forward to being back over there later in the year for a very special concert. We will have more details on that event soon.
Also, Tugalo Holler was honored to be a part of a special event called “Picking and Praising: The History of Bluegrass Gospel” at Furman University. Dr. Andrew Carlson gave a brief history of bluegrass and gospel music, and even played fiddle with us on stage. Thanks to Kara for setting this up for us.
We have some several upcoming events , including the Toccoa Ritz Bluegrass Festival on Sunday, April 6th. The festival happens April 4th-6th, and that Sunday will be an all gospel day.
